We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Construction Project Manager

to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of various construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, quality control, and safety. Key Responsibilities :

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders. Oversee all phases of the construction process from design to completion. Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed. Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Communicate project updates to all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of diverse individuals. Experience working in Ar-Ruwais is preferred but not required. Salary : $1100 per month. This is a full-time position with no requirement for English language skills.
