The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for contributing in the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates This role requires a proactive approach to finding top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Key Responsibilities 1 Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 2 Determining selection criteria 3 Sourcing potential candidates through online channels e g social platforms and professional networks 4 Assist in the shortlisting interview scheduling offer letter management and visa management of selected candidates 5 Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews 6 Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and company website 7 Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System 8 Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events 9 Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
