OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (RFCC)

Overview

Supervise and control the shift operation of assigned units, implement daily instructions to meet the production targets and take appropriate decisions in the event of plant emergency. Provide support, leadership, and direction to the shift crew regarding daily operational activities. (PT : Product treatment)

Units and Functions

• Light Naphtha MEROX Unit – To sweeten the RFCC light naphtha.
• LPG MEROX Unit – To remove H2S and RSH from the cracked LPG from RFCC.
• LPG Catalytic Polymerization Unit – To produce polymerate from cracked LPG.
• LPG Hydrogenation unit – To hydrogenate unconverted LPG to reduce olefin content.
• Heavy Naphtha hydrofinishing unit – To desulfurise the RFCC heavy naphtha and to boost the Octane No.
• LCO Hydrotreating Unit – To hydrotreat LCO along with SRGO.

Experience

Able to generate reports and use customized software.
