We are looking for a
skilled Operations Supervisor
with the vision and capability to manage and launch cleaning projects efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong field experience with managerial insight and can build productive teams, maintain solid client relationships, and achieve the company’s operational goals. Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. Oversee field teams and ensure effective execution of operational plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop new business opportunities and contribute to contract expansion. Prepare operational reports and performance analyses with actionable recommendations. Enforce and monitor compliance with quality and safety standards. Optimize operational efficiency and control costs. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
in managing or operating cleaning or facility management companies. Strong knowledge of workforce, equipment, and material management. Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Preferred : experience in preparing technical proposals and tenders. Benefits

monitoring KPIs
and operational performance. Skilled in
inventory management
and cost control. Competence in using
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and basic ERP systems Ability to
prepare technical and financial proposals . Experience in
expanding business opportunities and securing new contracts . Awareness of
market pricing, competitor practices, and sourcing strategies . Excellent
time management
and organizational skills. Fluent in
Arabic and English
(preferred). Possession of a
valid driver’s license
(if role requires site visits).
