We are looking for a motivated

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in Qatar. The role involves supporting the sales team in daily operations, coordinating with clients and suppliers, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination within building materials, oil & gas consumables, safety products, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Assist sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.

Communicate with clients and provide timely updates.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Ensure smooth and timely execution of sales operations.

Requirements

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

2–3 years of experience in building materials, oil & gas consumables, safety, or related fields.

Must be

available locally in Qatar .
