Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication with clients

Handle inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally

Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-ups on orders

Maintain client records, sales reports, and order tracking systems

Assist in scheduling meetings, product demos, and delivery updates

Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain inventory records and product catalog updates

Qualifications

Requirements :

Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales coordination or admin role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Familiarity with packaging or print industry is a bonus

Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID
