We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, maintaining client relationships and ensuring seamless communication between the sales, operations and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of daily sales activities Maintain customer records and ensure all data is up to date in CRM systems Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products / services Handle customer inquiries and provide product / service information as needed Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management Schedule meetings, product demos and follow-ups with clients on behalf of sales staff Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support Conduct enquiry follow-ups, quotation follow-ups and client follow-ups Follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure renewals and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative or customer service role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills For any questions, please contact us at : If you meet the qualifications above and are ready to take the next step in your career, please apply today!
