Developing strategies for meeting sales objectives Managing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Supervising sales staff and providing guidance in order to meet targets Ensuring that all members of the sales team are up-to-date on product knowledge Analyzing information such as customer data, competitor activities and market trends in order to make decisions on pricing, product offerings and services Monitoring sales performance against targets and taking corrective action where necessary Creating reports on sales performance and progress Liaising with other departments such as marketing, finance, operations etc. in order to ensure smooth running of the business Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Ability to work under pressure & manage time effectively Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
