We help them to become more efficient and provide support as they adapt to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment Role Overview As an OT Cybersecurity Expert, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert consultation on identifying, verifying, and implementing robust cybersecurity measures for OT / ICS systems. You will collaborate closely with our clients to assess their current OT security posture, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance cyber resilience. Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities Plan and lead assessments. Conduct comprehensive risk and gap assessments of clients' OT systems and environments. Develop detailed mitigation plans aligning with industry standards, including ISA / IEC-62443, Qatar ICS National Security Policy, QCSF 2022 framework, NIST 800-82 publication, and NIAS. Develop reports and recommendations and present them to stakeholders (Executive Summary & Technical where applicable). Guide clients in developing policies, processes, procedures, and SOPs for incident handling, response, access control, and OT security monitoring. Review current technology implementation, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Assist clients in reviewing RFPs for OT security solutions tailored to OT environments. Educate clients and OT personnel on the importance of OT security, secure practices, and cyber hygiene specific to OT systems. Implement cybersecurity programs based on ISA / IEC 62443 standards. Conduct OT security assessments, audits, penetration testing, and threat modeling. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Certifications : ISA / IEC-62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals; ISA / IEC-62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment; Global Industrial Control System Professional (GICSP); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT security and industrial control systems (ICS). Strong knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and QCSF 2022. Strong knowledge of OT systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, network protocols, and OT security practices. Experience with security tools and technologies pertaining to OT security; hands-on implementation is an added value. Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
