The Role

• Oversee a rapidly expanding Finance and IT department
• Oversee the production of all accounting statements and reports
• Working closely with the CEO, formulate and drive strategy, annual business plans, policies and procedures
• Ensure the Finance / IT team are empowered and have all resources to execute business strategy
• Take an active role in any growth or investment opportunities that arise
• Oversee all relationships with external auditors, consultants and other relevant finance / banking institutions
• Manage key internal stakeholders effectively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
