Waiter / Waitress – Doha, Qatar We are seeking skilled and experienced waiters / waitresses to join our team in Doha. As a waiter / waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and drink orders from customers Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner Monitor tables to ensure that customers have everything they need Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Process payments accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setting up tables for new customers Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a restaurant setting Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) Strong customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits
