We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Pastry and Bakery team As a Commis Chef you will assist in the preparation and creation of a wide range of pastries bread and desserts This role is perfect for someone with a passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries bread and desserts according to recipes and specifications Ensure all ingredients are accurately measured and prepared Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to hygiene and safety standards Help with inventory management including checking stock levels and reporting shortages Support the Pastry Chef Head Baker with daily tasks and special projects Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge
