Chief Operation Development Officer

Job Purpose :

The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership to ensure the seamless execution of the organization’s strategic and operational agenda. The role oversees daily operations, process excellence, and institutional performance, ensuring that strategic ambitions are translated into measurable outcomes. The COO drives operational efficiency, governance integrity, and organizational agility while embedding a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all business functions.

Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership

• Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies aligned with the organization’s overall investment and cluster growth plans.
• Translate high-level investment and FDI strategies into actionable execution frameworks, ensuring alignment with departmental targets and budgets.
• Oversee the design and delivery of investor outreach programs to attract new investors and support the expansion of existing ones.
• Provide inputs to long‑term plans related to commercial strategy, cluster positioning, and asset utilization.
• Manage the execution of annual business development and investment initiatives to achieve revenue, FDI, and occupancy objectives.
