Responsible for enhancing the hospital’s digital visibility, strengthening outreach to patient and corporate audiences, developing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels effectively, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening brand awareness across digital platforms. Ensures that all digital communications and advertising activities align with the hospital’s corporate identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Management
- Designing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of digital campaigns
- Executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities
- Managing content updates for the hospital’s website and enhancing user experience
Social Media Management
Planning and managing daily content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTubeCreating innovative and engaging content ideas to boost audience interactionManaging and promptly responding to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms with a professional toneContent Strategy and Planning
Developing and implementing a monthly social media content calendarCoordinating with the graphic designer and video editor to ensure efficient content productionCreating campaign content tailored to the interests and behaviors of the target audiencePerformance Monitoring and Reporting
Tracking the performance of digital campaigns and social media activities using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business SuitePreparing and submitting weekly and monthly performance reports to managementDeveloping optimization strategies based on data analysis and campaign resultsTrend Monitoring and Innovation
Keeping up to date with current trends in digital marketing and social mediaRegularly researching new platforms and digital opportunities (e.g., Threads, TikTok Business, LinkedIn Newsletter) and proposing strategies to managementRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in MarketingCommunicationDigital MediaBusiness Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media managementProficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn AdsKnowledge of SEO / SEM optimization, Google Analytics, and social media analyticsStrong understanding of social media trends and content production dynamicsCreative thinking and strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in English and ArabicExperience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
