Restaurant Manager

Overview

We are in search of a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, waitstaff, and other employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control to meet our high standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

Salary : $900 per month
