الوصف الوظيفيDiploma Graduate. Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and supplier negotiation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Oracle software is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing RFQs, sourcing quality products, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate quotations and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and prioritize RFQs, ensuring clear understanding of product, quantity, and specification requirements.
- Source materials and products from local and UAE based suppliers while maintaining an up-to-date vendor database.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to support competitive and profitable quotations.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives and internal teams to prepare and finalize accurate quotations.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, purchase orders, and invoices to clients.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customers to resolve inquiries and clarify order details.
