We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Purchase Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is responsible for managing our procurement and sourcing activities requiring a candidate with a specific set of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive negotiator with a strong background in our industry. Key Responsibilities
Strategic sourcing and supplier management. Conducting supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms. Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery. Maintaining accurate records and reports. Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill material and service requirements. Essential Qualifications & Experience
Education : Diploma graduate. Core Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sourcing and supplier negotiation. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Oracle software is preferred. Professional Skills : Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills. Industry Background : Demonstrable experience in marine industrial or logistics industry (marine sector highly preferred). Availability :
