Waiter

Overview

Waiter / Waitress – Umm-Said, Qatar. We are currently hiring for the position of a Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and professionalism
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with setting up tables, preparing condiments, and other tasks as needed
