Job Overview :

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Waiters to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus and take accurate food & beverage orders.

Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high quality standards.

Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints courteously.

Clear and reset tables for the next guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Requirements :

Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in restaurants, hotels, or catering (preferred).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of food & beverages service standards.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
