The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, from pre-opening setup to ensuring long-term success. To be considered for the role of Restaurant General Manager for a New Restaurant Opening in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements : Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and setup of the restaurant’s operational structure. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, guest relations, and financial performance. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Build, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and upselling initiatives. Maintain strong guest relations, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a superior dining experience. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor performance to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions for the new restaurant. Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager, particularly in pre-opening projects, is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for luxury hospitality. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
