About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our growing team at Octagon International Qatar. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law, and supporting company policies across recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor and immigration requirements.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
