Key Responsibilities : Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel relaxed, valued, and pampered. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace. Advise clients on homecare routines and recommend products for optimal results. Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. Build a loyal client base by delivering consistent, high-quality services. Manage bookings and appointment schedules efficiently. Requirements : Proven experience in a salon or spa environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance. Knowledge of health and safety standards in a beauty setting.
