The Lead Therapist is an essential member of Spa’s leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees. We are looking for an individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize as well as having strong organizational skills are all essential for this position. Responsibilities

Conduct weekly inventory and assist with ordering in Birchstreet. Train employees on standards and ensure standards are met for cleanliness and maintenance of the Spa areas. Organize professional and back stock items to support role success. Ensure consistency of service and Spa protocols are met and that the presentation of the Spa’s products and services aligns with brand standards. Support the success of retail sales and track achievement of sales goals for the team. Qualifications
