الوصف الوظيفيLead and participate in Expressive Arts Therapy in-service development. Contribute to service improvement initiatives within the organization. Assist in teaching Expressive Arts Therapy to multidisciplinary team members, clinical and non-clinical staff, and others to enhance patients' recovery. Bachelor’s degree in human science. Master’s degree or equivalent in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, or Expressive Arts Therapy. Certification / Licensure : Valid primary license from the country of origin as a registered professional member with a recognized Art Therapy Association (e.g., IEATA, AATA, ECArTE, CATA / ACAT, BADTH). Eligibility for licensure from the Licensing Authority in the State of Qatar. Minimum of 2 years of full-time Art Therapy practice in clinical, social, educational, or rehabilitation settings.
A Leading healthcare institution in Qatar is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Expressive Arts Therapist to join their dynamic team.
Clinical Duties :
- Provide expert Expressive Arts Therapy, including planning, designing, and facilitating rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct age-appropriate Arts Therapy group interventions aimed at building positive coping skills and providing emotional support.
- Deliver individual, group, couple, and family Arts Therapy sessions.
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients with complex needs in both residential and ambulatory care settings, utilizing evidence-based person-centered principles.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for procurement.
