Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the caf store ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and supervise staff including scheduling training and performance management Manage vendor relationships including negotiating deals maintaining records and ensuring timely delivery of supplies Ensure accurate inventory management including stock checks reordering and minimizing waste Handle purchasing ensuring costeffectiveness and alignment with operational needs Monitor sales expenses and profitability preparing regular reports for management Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards as per Qatar laws and caf SOPs Conduct regular checks to ensure all operations comply with local regulations for food and beverage services Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure a superior customer experience Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar s food and service industry Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Proven knowledge of inventory purchasing and vendor management Familiarity with Qatar s health safety and food service regulations Preferably female candidates Must be ready to join immediately Compensation Benefits Salary QAR 5 000 per month Full benefits as per Qatari labor laws
