In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an unparalleled dining experience. Your expertise in European cuisine and culture will be key to enhancing our menu offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Oversee staff performance, providing training and development opportunities
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and respond to feedback
- Assist in menu planning, highlighting seasonal and local European dishes
- Monitor inventory and supply chain management to ensure optimal stock levels
- Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment and team spirit
Requirements
