IT Recruiter
with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles while ensuring alignment with the job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source relevant CVs through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Understand and interpret job descriptions to match the right candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment needs.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical job roles and skillsets.
Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and job boards.
Good understanding of the Qatar market and the labor law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Type : Full‑time Pay : QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute / relocate Doha : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Location : Doha (Preferred)
