Lead and inspire a Digital Media team of 6 (5 onsite, 1 remote) across social, web, design, and production. Own the integrated content calendar to deliver coordinated and impactful outputs. Act as primary creative lead across digital channels, defining tone, style, and messaging. Oversee paid media creative direction, maximizing reach and engagement. Ensure quality, innovation, and brand consistency across platforms. Drive planning for major global events, campaigns, and high-profile moments. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital content, media strategy, or communications. Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to review and approve Arabic content. Proven track record leading creative initiatives from concept to execution. Strong grasp of social, web, and paid media strategies. Skilled at guiding multi-format content creation and aligning creative across channels. Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance creative vision with strategic execution. Role Details
