Service Engineer

We are looking for an Service Engineer to join the team and consult with our clients to communicate their needs to our development team and demonstrate software products to our customers when required. Service Engineer responsibilities include providing technical support to our clients and assisting our sales team with demonstrations and prototypes throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

o Technical Support to Product sales, After market and Field teams

o Keep updated the team for latest technology of product and educate them.

o Project hand over and End User Training, Maintenance team training.

o Answer the Consultant queries and provide Solution.

o Link between OEM(factory) and Local team for tech support about the Product.

o Provide HVAC related Solution to Customer & Generate AMC and Replacement opportunity to support sales team.

o Arrange local resources for the job.

o Manage the team and arrange Schedule date to day basis.

o Request spare part for the company and customer stock.

o FSM management & Audit - support.

o Define the scope for work for AMC , Replacement Project etc.

o Cost control, Finalized the price for different services.

o Collection and Invoice to One-time customer or Non AMC customer.
