Location : Doha, Qatar We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate brokerage to join our client's prestigious Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading brokerage operations in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market, focusing on brokerage services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to increase the division’s market share and revenue. Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies for properties. Benefits
