We are seeking a talented and experienced Filipino Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Filipino cuisine a passion for authentic flavours and the ability to create highquality dishes that appeal to a diverse clientele This role requires excellent culinary skills creativity and strong leadership in a fastpaced kitchen environment Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Filipino dishes including regional specialties Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining traditional Filipino flavors Ensure food quality taste and presentation meet high standards Manage kitchen operations including food preparation inventory control and cleanliness Oversee and train kitchen staff ensuring efficiency and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines Source and manage highquality ingredients ensuring freshness and authenticity Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions
