Job Title : Assistant Head Chef (Bakery & Pastry)
Responsible For : KITCHEN OPERATIONS
We are seeking a male Filipino Assistant Head Chef, currently working at the same level, with a strong focus on baking and pastry preparation from scratch.
MAIN DUTIES :
- Skilled in creating bread, cakes, and desserts without pre-mixes
- Developing recipes, managing ingredients, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of finished products
- Strong sense of confidentiality, especially regarding proprietary recipes and work processes
- Experience in people management; able to lead the main kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Handling desserts preparation and bakery
- Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
- Following Food Safety procedures

Minimum 5 years of experience in baking and pastry productionAge not more than years oldProfessional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standardsGood communication skills. English Language is a must.Ability to work under pressure with the busy flow of customers.Effective team-player with good attention to detail.Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.Must be able to work overtime, as needed.SALARY :
