Join our client as a Telesales Agent in Doha, Qatar, where you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a service-oriented company that values professionalism and dedication. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Required Profile

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills : Professional experience 1-2 Years in telesales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Fluency in English & Arabic.
