Senior Policy & Governance Analyst - Hospitality & Institutional Services

الوصف الوظيفيDraft, implement, and maintain policies and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and best practices. Review and update existing policies to ensure ongoing relevance and compliance. Develop and maintain Terms of Reference (ToR) for committees and functions. Provide strategic policy advice to senior leadership and prepare reports, briefings, and presentations. Governance & Compliance Support board meetings with reports and governance updates. Act as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and industry bodies. Oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, financial standards). Conduct regular audits to address compliance gaps and promote governance best practices across the organization. Process Development Recommend improvements to meeting structures and cross-functional collaboration. Support planning and execution of high-priority projects under the CEO’s Office. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication across departments. Demonstrate adaptability in addressing evolving organizational needs. Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 7+ years of experience in policy, governance, or advisory roles, preferably in upper management. Experience in the cultural or museum sector is an advantage. Strong project management and proposal writing experience. Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to change. Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices. The position involves drafting and implementing policies, advising senior leadership, ensuring regulatory alignment, and enhancing internal processes to support effective decision-making. The role also requires fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting high-priority initiatives from the CEO’s Office.
