Job Description

• Experience in site inspection of piping and structural fabrication for offshore structures.
• Installation Risers Piping installation with Hook up for new Jackets with temporary decks for wellhead platforms
• The stages and extend of Inspection during rigid (CRA) piping and exotic lines, while conducting inspection required for the project and adequately describes
• Inspection required for each component, reference procedures, specifications, codes and standards, responsible personnel, specific to the project requirements.
• Pre-inspection Meeting shall be conducted prior to start of offshore campaignand Hook up Team.
• Receive materials, check type, size / dimension, condition & quantity. (WeldingConsumables, Coating material, NDT Consumables etc.) at offshore.
• MaterialVerification, Visual Inspection and Document Review.For materials directly delivered to offshore from Vendor or for items which Punch list open & close during line walk.
• Witness the bolt torque & Hydro test as per approved ITP.
• Clearance for NDT before field strength test, Test pack review
