DOH Summary : The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts. The role involves assisting in staff scheduling, contributing to promotional activities, managing inventory, and supporting health and safety regulations. Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service during all shifts. Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimize efficiency. Contribute to the development and execution of promotional activities and events to increase visibility and profitability. Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling stock to minimize waste and ensure availability. Support the implementation of health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests and staff. Qualifications : Ideally hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
