Crew Control Manager

Zenon Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious and long-standing airline in the Middle East, as we assist in the search for an experienced Crew Control Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

Protect On-Time Performance by implementing enhanced strategies Review and calibrate the published crew pairings and crew rosters to improve crew productivity targets vs. published crew rosters Lead the preparation and execution during Audit activities Review and monitor the crew standby capacity Partner with other entities to improve the cross departmental work relationships Lead compliance to regulations, policies and procedures Undertake review and amendments to Manuals, e.g. OPM, OM-A relevant chapters Perform audit of the crew management system rules settings & application and report contents Report on delays & issues, and document corrective measures accountable to the department Prepare and implement succession plan for staff Participate in productivity tools and strategy related trainings Conduct coaching and problem handling assessment for the team members Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Demonstrable experience within Rostering & Scheduling, Operations or Resource Planning departments within an airline environment. Previous experience using AIMS software Why Choose Zenon Aviation?
