Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA Quality Assurance test experience : Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing Writing procedures, preparing Training materials for a new system Training experience High‑level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process Preparing Management regular reports Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots Preparing executive summaries, presentations / status reports and management Dashboards Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables Ensure all project‑related documents (plans, status reports, and logs etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained Assist senior project managers for day‑to‑day activities Manage small sized Projects Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department Preferred
