About the role

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office to join our team. We are looking for an inspiring leader who will be responsible for delivering the brand promise by assisting the Front Office Manager to run successfully the Front Office operations in the hotel, including : Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Regency Club. You will be playing a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience in the hotel and a strong accountability for major guest experience functions, with the focus on the exceptional customer service and the ability to improve the bottom line.

What we are looking for

• Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
• Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
