Your Opportunity

Stantec's Management Consulting Group in the Middle East is seeking an integrated infrastructure / asset management (pavements and roads assets) consultant to work closely with our client on their transformation journey for the Roads Operation and Maintenance Department.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver transformational work as part of our Management Consulting Group in Qatar, helping our client enhance their Roads O&M supply chain through a transformation towards Performance-Based contracts. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Support client Section Heads and Engineers in managing Roads O&M Performance-Based contracts, including setting the program of works, work inspection regimes, managing technical and contractual discussions, and reviewing and approving monthly invoices.
• Manage commercial and project contract functions.
• Administer the main contract and ensure compliance with notice requirements.
• Maintain change order registers and identify claims and variation requests for time and cost adjustments.
• Manage interfaces with clients, other parties, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project invoices and support procurement activities for Sub Consultants and Contractors.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reports as required by the Project Manager.
• Assist in resolving disputes between the Client and Contractor.
