Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Operations Manager, based in Doha, Qatar. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, including managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, creating operational strategies, maintaining quality service standards, and coordinating with various departments to meet business objectives. Additionally, the Operations Manager will implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership and Staff Management skills
• Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Problem‑Solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Operational Standards, Compliance, and Industry Best Practices
• Customer‑Focused Approach with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Automotive Retail or Service Operations is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Proficiency with operational software tools and performance tracking systems
