Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and creative direction of our projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards of excellence. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to lead and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements
• Develop concepts, designs, and layouts for various projects including advertisements, websites, packaging, etc.
• Create and present visual presentations that effectively communicate ideas and concepts
• Manage and lead a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our work
• Conduct regular critiques to provide constructive feedback on design work
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements
