Overview Art Director (Malayalee) – We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract position suitable for individuals with a biometric passport. The ideal candidate should be a fluent Malayalee speaker with a passion for art and design.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all visual aspects of our projects

Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs

Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring the final product meets our standards

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work

Provide guidance and feedback to designers, photographers, and other team members

Requirements

Fluent in Malayalee with strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members

Excellent time management skills

Biometric passport is required
