Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight : Manage, coordinate, and supervise rig-based completions, workovers, rigless interventions, wellhead maintenance, and stimulation operations in line with written programs.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure personnel, equipment, and services meet local / international regulations; prepare PTW / JRA; lead HSE toolbox talks and pre-job safety meetings.
• Collaboration & Reporting : Interface with completions, workover, intervention engineers, drilling, fluids, and HSE supervisors; provide daily reports to onshore teams.
• Resource & Contractor Management : Oversee equipment stock, mobilize and backload materials, track usage, and evaluate contractor performance with feedback to support teams.
• Program & Logistics Preparation : Draft material requests, offshore instructions, and intervention programs (slickline, E-line, coil tubing, stimulation); participate in warehouse activities as needed.
