Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a client project in Qatar. This role involves managing the product management lifecycle, collaborating with clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Contract :

3 Months (Extendable Upon Requirements) Location : Qatar

Responsibilities

Manage the product management lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements, translate them effectively, and communicate product strategies efficiently.

Perform thorough technical business analysis and process mapping, converting intricate requirements into actionable product features and specifications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, acting as the project lead for various initiatives, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Develop and execute product roadmaps, setting clear objectives and milestones to achieve product success.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer‑centricity within the product team.

Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in business analysis with demonstrated leadership experience.

Strong background in business analysis, including market research, requirement gathering, process mapping, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Experience collaborating with international clients, understanding diverse requirements, and managing expectations effectively.

Leadership capabilities, with previous experience leading projects or teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing cross‑cultural collaborations and client relationships.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools would be beneficial.

Strong documentation skills, ensuring detailed and clear documentation for all project aspects.
