Communication

Internal Communication :

  • VP Ship Managers, Peers and subordinates
  • Vessel Crew
  • Internal Support Services (HSSEQ, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal)

Purpose

  • To collaborate and manage stakeholders
  • Maintain good working relationship to assure proper maintenance with max. utilization
  • Coordinate and follow-up on major operational issues with regards to fleet technical functions and activities
