• Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist electrical, mechanical, plumbing repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Ensure to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
• Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.
• Assisting electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.
• Assist in providing preventative maintenance of all electrical / mechanical / plumbing equipment and updating appropriate logs.
• Assist shift engineers, General Mech, Plumber, Carpentry, and other requirements.
• Ability to maintain records and files on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panel, and company truck.Key Attributes :
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels, across all areas, including contractors, suppliers, guests and of course our employees
• A passion for providing a great guest experience and impeccable product
• Solid verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Previous experience with a Luxury Hotel & Resort
