Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer - Full Time (Indian Nationality Preferred)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes - Develop and implement new production methods and procedures to increase efficiency - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production process - Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Analyze data and present findings to management for decision making purposes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements - Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed changes or improvements - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all production processes

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of implementing process improvements that result in cost savings and increased productivity

As an Indian national, you will be preferred for this position due to your fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages. However, candidates of any nationality who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
