الوصف الوظيفيBE Mechanical or Electrical with 10-15 years of experience in sales of HVAC or Refrigeration products. Gulf experience is must. Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments. Proficient in quantitative analysis and risk management techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with trading platforms and software.
Description
The Divisional Manager of the Trading Division will be responsible for leading and managing the trading team, developing trading strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to analyze trends and risks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profit and minimize risk.
- Manage the trading team and ensure high performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends and adjust trading practices accordingly.
- Collaborate with other divisions to align trading strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on trading performance to senior management.
- Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to risk policies.
