HEAD PROJECT CONTROL & SERVICES Experience

15+ years

of experience in the

Oil & Gas industry

with IOC / EPC / EPIC companies.

8+ years

in a

lead or head position

handling project controls.

Hands‑on experience with

Primavera P6, SAP, MS Project , and project analytics tools.

Experience in full project lifecycle :

engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning

of

offshore projects .

Strong background in

cost management, schedule control, risk management, and reporting .

Key Responsibilities

Lead all project control functions

— planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, progress measurement, risk and change management.

Develop and maintain

key project control documents — Master Schedule, Cost Reports, Change Order Register, Trend Register, Risk Register, etc.

Monitor project performance

(schedule delays, risks, and cost variances) and recommend corrective actions.

Support commercial management

— handle change orders, contract amendments, and claims in coordination with Contracts & Finance.

Coordinate with multiple departments

(Finance, HR, IT, QA / QC, HSE) to align project services and ensure smooth execution.

Lead tendering support

— bid evaluation, budget control, cost estimation, and schedule review.

Manage reporting

— produce deviation and progress reports for senior management.

Guide and supervise project control teams

to ensure consistent implementation of company procedures.
